This policy describes how visitor data on easy2drive.ru and car rental enquiries to Easy2Drive are handled.

Who is responsible for your data

Enquiry form

You may enter your name, selected vehicle, rental dates, pickup and return locations, hotel or address, flight number, terminal and a comment. Your name, address, flight details and comment are optional. Do not include passport details, bank card details or other information unnecessary for an initial enquiry.

The request text is prepared in your browser. Selecting “Prepare request” does not send it to the manager or save it in a website enquiry database. Opening WhatsApp passes the text to that service through a link to prepare a message; you must confirm sending it in the messenger. For Telegram, you can copy and paste the text yourself.

Messenger enquiries

After you send a message, we receive its content and any profile information shown by the messenger, such as your name and phone number. These are used to respond, check vehicle availability, agree prices and rental terms, arrange the handover and communicate about your enquiry.

Rental arrangements may require the documents listed in the selected vehicle’s terms. The website form is not designed to upload these documents. Confirm which documents are needed, who will receive them and how to send them with the manager before sending.

Technical data and external services

When the website loads, the hosting and security infrastructure receives technical information needed to deliver pages: your IP address, request time and URL, browser and device information. This information may be processed to operate the service, prevent abuse and diagnose errors.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Telegram and MAX lead to external services that process data under their own policies. These services may process data in other countries.

With your consent, Yandex Metrica (counter 102196637) is enabled to analyse visits and actions: starting the enquiry form, preparing a request, opening a messenger and clicking a phone link. The counter does not load before consent. Webvisor session recording is disabled. Your name, request text, hotel address and flight details are not sent in analytics events. Metrica may process technical information and cookies under Yandex’s privacy policy. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using “Analytics settings” at the bottom of the website. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the catalogue or sending requests. Site management sign-in is intended for the owner and uses ChatGPT; the website receives the account ID and email to verify access.

Purposes, access and retention

Enquiry data is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, perform the contract and meet applicable obligations. Technical information is processed to maintain the operation and security of the website as permitted by law. Where separate consent is required, it is requested separately. Reading this policy does not constitute consent to advertising.

Access to enquiries is provided to people handling your request. If another vehicle supplier handles the rental, obtain their details and the terms for transferring documents before sending them. Retention requirements for rental documents are determined separately from the operation of the website form.

Data should be retained no longer than necessary for the enquiry, contract performance and applicable mandatory retention periods, after which it should be deleted or anonymised. Data held by external services is also subject to their retention policies.

Your rights and enquiries

You may request information about the processing of your data, correction, deletion or cessation of processing, and withdraw previously given consent where processing is based on consent. The scope of rights and limitations is determined by applicable law. Use the contact above; do not send document copies without first agreeing how your identity will be verified. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.
