Palm Jumeirah Island
It is considered the largest artificial island on the planet. The island resembles a palm tree in its shapes. During its construction, 94,000,000 m3 of sand and 5,500,000 m3 of stone were used. According to preliminary estimates, with such a fantastic abundance of materials, it is even possible to build a giant wall along the equator of the entire globe. The grandiose project became a reality in 2006.
The coast of Jumeirah consists of dozens of beaches with snow–white soft sand, clear water and comfortable conditions for a real holiday. The local water park, which has entertainment for every taste, is particularly popular among tourists. You can also go on a yacht cruise.
